The first step in our process is an inquiry! Fill out your information using the inquiry form at the bottom of this page, and then submit. Expect a response from us within 24-48 hours of your inquiry submission.
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will follow up via email correspondence, or even schedule a meet & greet phone call to discuss and address your needs for your event.
NEXT
The next step in our process after the initial inquiry submission & response, would be for us to draft a formal proposal & contract for your event.
After drafting & sending the proposal & contract, a 20% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Once the contract has been signed & the deposit has been sent, we are officially booked!
NEXT
After signing the contract & placing your deposit, we are officially booked! The next & final step before your event date would then be a pre-planning call. This call is usually done anywhere between 3-6 weeks before your event date.
During this pre-planning call, we discuss any potential inspiration you may have for content, any "must capture" moments, or even ideas for fun reels & TikToks for your event day. This call also serves as a time to finalize timelines and any more definitive information before your event date.

We made it! The fourth and final step of our process with our clients is of course , the event! We will be there capturing every moment of your special day.
We want you to focus on being present during your event; this is where we come in! Our ultimate goal is for you to relax, enjoy, and then relive your day through our captured content. Following your event, we will have all raw content over to you within 24 hours, and edited content within 48 hours, via DropBox.
